Iliuță Jitaru is a finance professional with deep expertise in microfinance and agricultural lending, currently contributing to the mission of Patria Credit IFN & Patria Bank—one of Romania’s key players in supporting rural entrepreneurs and small business.
With 20 years of experience in the financial sector, Iliuță has worked closely with micro&small business, agricultural producers, rural businesses, and underserved communities, helping them access the financial tools needed to grow sustainably. His work focuses on sales, risk, business&people development, personalized financial consulting, and developing trust-based relationships with small entrepreneurs, especially in remote or financially excluded areas.
Through his activity, Iliuță actively contributes to the financial inclusion of rural and small urban Romania, empowering smallholder farmers and micro-enterprises to invest, expand, and build long-term resilience. He is also a strong advocate for responsible lending, sustainable rural development and the growth of communities."
