Zhanna Zhakupova is the CEO of Asian Credit Fund (Kazakhstan), one of the country’s leading microfinance institutions focused on serving rural communities. With over 25 years of experience in micro and SME lending, she’s helped steer ACF through two major core banking system overhauls—experiences that gave her deep insights into what it takes to lead digital transformation from the inside.
At this year’s MFC Conference, Zhanna will participate in the session “AI & Digital Transformation in Microfinance—Innovation, Infrastructure and Regulation” to discuss why digital innovation is about more than technology.
She will discuss the importance of organizational readiness, people, and infrastructure, and why information security needs to be part of the
