About Speaker
Anna Sisvadze is an Investment Officer at responsAbility Investments AG. She joined responsAbility in 2022, where she oversees investment activities across Armenia, Türkiye, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Egypt. Since taking on the role, she has also acted as Pivot Investment Officer for the Global Gender Smart Fund (GGSF), leading activities in the EECCA/MENA region and supporting gender-smart investment initiatives.
Anna brings nearly 14 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in evaluating financial institutions and managing debt investments. Prior to responsAbility, she held roles at Finance in Motion (covering Georgia and Azerbaijan), TBC Bank, and ProCredit Bank Georgia, where she developed a robust expertise in treasury, asset-liability management, investor relations and compliance.
Her experience spans diverse regions and sectors, including microfinance, banking, leasing, and sustainable finance, and she has actively contributed to the development of financial sector initiatives in emerging markets.
