Laurențiu is the founder of AMAZAG, a leading farming community and agribusiness consultancy company, based in Bucharest, Romania.
Over the past 10 years, he assisted various local and international agriculture players, from farmers, industry associations, input producers and distributors to banks, traders and tech companies, in engaging, adapting and increasing their market resilience and performance. He is the founder of several farmer dedicated, knowledge sharing and networking programs focused on sustainable agriculture, farm business, digital and precision agriculture. He is also a promoter for regenerative and conservative agriculture, helping farmers adapt to and face the climate change effects.
Laurențiu closely collaborates with local and international banks and MFIs in designing, testing and implementing farmer dedicated sustainable finance products and services, helping farmers increase their economical and agronomical resilience and assisting financial players in strengthening their customer portfolio and market position.
