Over the past 20 years, I have led financial institutions across emerging markets through rapid growth, deep crisis, and transformational change. As founding CEO of ADVANS MFI in Myanmar, CEO of subsidiaries in Tajikistan and Malawi, and in a regional leadership role in Latin America, I’ve had the unique opportunity to build highly motivated teams around a shared vision—driving strategic leadership, enabling data driven digital innovation, and launching human-centered financial products.
Deeply committed to inner development, I ground my leadership in empathy, systems awareness, collaboration, and purpose.
I believe financial institutions must do more than enable growth—they must foster dignity and agency for both clients and staff. My motivation lies in integrating sustainable and adaptive commercial strategies with authentic social and environmental impact—through collaborative, creative problem-solving and an unwavering focus on the evolving needs of our clients.
